Work in BCG. Kill curve does not show initial freeze, just immediate exponential death. Looks like inflection towards persister state at around 12h.

Protein synthesis is not inhibited until between 12 and 24h, while DNA and RNA synthesis are inhibited within 6h. Maybe mRNA concentration isn't a limiting factor until late (if then)?
